(hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY") As the COMPANY, we attach great importance to the protection and processing of the personal data of our guests, customers using our products and services, suppliers, business partners, employees, and all individuals associated with our Company, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the international conventions on human rights to which Türkiye is a party, primarily the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), and other applicable legislation.
In this respect, as the Data Controller under the KVKK, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
Your personal data shared with our Company as a guest, customer, supplier, business partner, or employee may be processed in compliance with the KVKK, in connection with and limited to our business activities and service purposes. Such data may also be transferred to third parties within Türkiye or abroad, stored, used for profiling, and classified where necessary.
Your personal data will be processed: i. In accordance with the law and the principles of good faith; ii. Accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date; iii. For specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes; iv. In a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed; v. In compliance with the conditions for processing personal data set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
As the Data Controller, the COMPANY may process your personal data for the following purposes: Conducting our commercial activities; Planning and implementing business strategies; Managing the marketing and sales processes of our products and services; Providing after-sales support services; Evaluating job applications; Carrying out security procedures; Identifying the preferences and needs of our guests and customers; Fulfilling our legal obligations; Conducting projects, operations, and activities carried out by our business units; Providing necessary information to third parties with whom business relationships are established in order to perform these activities; Complying with reporting, retention, archiving, and other legal obligations imposed by applicable laws and regulations on our Company and/or our affiliated companies and subsidiaries; Conducting business planning and risk management activities within our group companies and affiliated companies; Fulfilling our contractual obligations.
Your personal data may also be processed in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles, including those set forth under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), namely the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and accountability.
The personal data of our employees may also be processed by our Company, our group companies, or authorized third parties in accordance with the Labor Law, social security legislation, other applicable laws, our human resources policies, and operational requirements such as improving employee performance and satisfaction, ensuring occupational health and safety, and maintaining workplace harmony.
Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes stated above and in compliance with the KVKK, applicable international personal data protection legislation, the GDPR, and other applicable laws, to our affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and group companies.
In addition, your personal data may be shared, without limitation, with our business partners, sales platforms, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, business associates, regulatory and supervisory authorities, and other public institutions where required by law, either within Türkiye or, where your explicit consent has been obtained, with contracted hosting service providers and other authorized entities located abroad.
Transfers of your personal data abroad will be carried out in accordance with international personal data protection legislation and the GDPR principles governing international data transfers, including transfers based on adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards, binding corporate rules, and specific derogations.
Subject to your explicit consent, your personal data may also be processed for purposes such as providing after-sales support services, conducting market research, customer satisfaction surveys, personalizing products and services according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, and sending commercial electronic communications such as advertisements, promotions, campaigns, and similar marketing materials through your preferred communication channel. For these purposes, your personal data may be shared with sales platforms, suppliers, business partners, subcontractors, and, where applicable, our affiliated companies and group companies.
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and for the purposes described above.
Your personal data may be collected by our Company or by natural or legal persons processing data on behalf of our Company through, including but not limited to: Online and printed forms; Our website; Online sales channels; Various agreements; Mobile applications; E-mail correspondence; Application forms; Business cards; Customer complaint forms; Social media platforms; Newsletters; Written or verbal communications with our Company; Other similar communication channels.
Within the scope of the KVKK and other applicable legislation, you have the right to: i. Learn whether your personal data is being processed; ii. Request information if your personal data has been processed; iii. Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; iv. Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad; v. Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data; vi. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK; vii. Request that any correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; viii. Object to any outcome that is detrimental to you resulting exclusively from the automated processing of your personal data; ix. Request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may submit your request using the KVKK Application Form in writing or by any other method determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
